Wim is the founder of Dzjeng, a strategic recruiting consultancy. Wim has been delivering informative, interactive, and inspiring talks for ages, including hundreds of keynotes, workshops, sparring sessions, guest lectures, webinars, podcasts. He writes blogs, columns, and articles, and is the chief editor of Flexmarkt magazine, the Dutch trade journal for temping agency entrepreneurs. He is a labour and temping market researcher and trendwatcher, a renowned data-man and visionary, strategy coach, strategic (HR) marketer, interim manager, and member of Advisory Boards.
Before starting Dzjeng, Wim was a member of the board of directors of Vedior Groep Nederland, part of a global top three temping corporation, with over 20 Dutch brands. He is a strategist and analyst, marketer and work brand maker, innovator, and transformer. Wim is the Chairman of the Dutch Temping Association (ABU) committee ‘MarketMonitor, Economics & Predictions’, a member of the programs board of the Dutch Center for Social Innovation, and a member of the Agenda for the Dutch Manufacturing Industry.
Wim is married and has one daughter.
