Voordat Femke begon bij Bullhorn was zij al meer dan 10 jaar actief in verschillende rollen binnen de recruitmentindustrie, zowel aan de bureaukant als bij corporate organisaties. Recruitment processen werden steeds meer onderdeel van haar leven en nadat zij intensief had gewerkt met één van de oplossingen van Bullhorn, begon zij ongeveer 4 jaar geleden bij Bullhorn. Ze begon als Accountmanager field corporate en in november 2019 sloot zij zich aan bij het Enterprise EMEA team. Sinds 2021 is zij actief in de rol van account director binnen het Enterprise team van Bullhorn dat zich vooral focust op relatiebeheer.

Before joining Bullhorn, Femke worked in the Recruitment Industry for over 10 years in different roles, both in Staffing and Corporate recruitment. Recruitment processes became more and more part of her journey and after intensively using one of the solutions BH has to offer she joined Bullhorn about 4 years ago. She started as Accountmanager field, corporate and in 2019 she joined the Enterprise EMEA team. Since 2021 she is working in the role of account director within the Enterprise team at Bullhorn that focuses mainly on relationship management.
