Russ has 20+ years of staffing industry experience, spanning Recruiting, Marketing, Operations and Technology. In his current role as VP of Strategic Technologies with MATRIX, he is responsible for platform and tool evaluation, business intelligence, automation and general process improvements to increase productivity and deliver better customer experiences.  

Russ has been with MATRIX for over 18 years and lives with his family in Atlanta.
