When co-founding MAYDAY Recruitment in 2016, one of Imogen’s main goals was to become an employer of choice, where her people would love coming to work every day. Almost 6 years on MAYDAY Recruitment Group is now a multi-award winning national agency, specialising in corporate support, blue collar, a newly created training business, and a culture Imogen is truly proud of. In the last five years MAYDAY has grown from its three original founders to an engaged, high performing team of almost 40, with little signs of slowing down.
Always passionate about learning and development, in 2021 Imogen co-designed MAYDAY’s Future Recruiter program which trains rookie recruiters for the wider industry. With a focus candidate and client care, and on innovation, she and her team are building a diverse, sustainable business which continues to thrive.
