Andrea is one of u&u’s business owners and Directors and has a particular focus on ensuring u&u is ‘a great place to work’ for their 95+ staff across four offices in QLD, NSW and VIC. Along with general business management responsibility, Andrea is also heavily involved in progressing u&u’s customer engagement strategy, driving a range of continuous improvement projects and offering value added services/events to clients.
Andrea built her career as a successful HR recruiter and she has recruited over 850+ HR positions over the past 20 years in her specialty. She has a particular passion for driving exceptional candidate experience and creating long term relationships with candidates and clients. She has also held management roles in multi-national recruitment organisations and has a double degree in Business and Applied Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management.
