Amy launched her career in recruitment back in 2007, finding top-tier interior crew talent for the superyacht industry. In 2010, she was given the opportunity to pivot into operations, where she first encountered the power of recruitment tech in terms of telephony, onboarding platforms, multi-posters, parsers, and, of course, Bullhorn. Amy leveraged the knowledge of the support and customer success teams, driving forward the tech transformation for two enterprise clients. By 2016, she was on board with a Bullhorn systems integration partner, Kyloe Partners, taking the lead in consulting, implementing, training, and integrating Bullhorn with its Marketplace partners. A move back client-side in 2019 saw the adoption of Analytics and Automation, bringing tech stacks to life, boosting productivity, and delivering tangible ROI results.
