Bullhorn is pleased to supply all exhibiting sponsors with a turnkey branded stand in our expo hall. Sponsors are welcome to and encouraged to bring additional items such as literature, table-top signage, and swag. Sponsors are not permitted to bring additional banners, displays, or furnishings. 

Engage sponsors will be sent a form link to select their preferred booth location. Selection is based on tier and signature date. Sponsors will be asked to provide their top three booth locations (1 being the most preferred). All preferences will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and assigned according to preference and booth availability. Sponsors will be notified once their booth location is confirmed.

• You will receive one registration list before the event of all opted-in attendees. You will receive a final complete list of opt-ins after the event. 
• Attendee Communication Policy - Reminder of the Communication Policy as stated in the Sponsorship Agreement:

Bullhorn will provide Exhibitor with a list of Engage attendees that have agreed to share their contact information with Sponsors during registration (the “Opt-In Attendee List”). Exhibitor may capture attendee contact information through various forms of explicit consent of such attendees, including consented-to badge scanning and lead capture forms, during the event. Please note that in accepting the Engage 2024 Opt-In Attendee List, leads obtained through lead scanners, and/or other leads obtained through conference attendance, you agree to comply with all direct and email marketing laws and data privacy laws and remove attendees from your list when an attendee requests to be removed. Exhibitor is solely responsible for its compliance with all applicable law, including without limitation data privacy laws, in its capture of attendee contact information and communication with attendees. You are not permitted to engage in mass email communications with the Opt-In Attendee List or any list obtained via any other method than lead scanning (e.g., using a third party service to build a list from company names). All Engage related communications or marketing to Engage attendees must be compliant with all applicable data privacy laws and include the ability for an attendee to opt-out of further communication, such as an opt-out link. Any sponsor that does not comply may be prohibited from participating in future Engage events and shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Bullhorn, Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries from and against any and all third-party claims arising from or related to such non-compliance.

• Sponsors will be able to purchase a license (Available for both Android & iPhones).
• Ability to customize the scanning process:

• Add-On: custom lead capture questions

The vendor prices start at $395 per phone it’s downloaded onto, so we would recommend leveraging a single phone that can stay at your booth. Additional licenses are $125, and a bundle of three is $599.

• Each sponsor will have 2 minutes to present and can select from the following presentation formats:
  • Live Customer Highlight (Interview or Testimonial)
  • Interview with a Bullhorn Sales Leader
  • Traditional Pitch
• Note: Marketplace Speed Pitch participants are required to complete a rehearsal with their respective Partner Manager. Times and dates to be confirmed.

• Register your team by 12th October with the link we will share once you sign your contract. You can only register after you have confirmed sponsorship.
• Number of passes is defined in your contract. If you are hoping for more badges, please do not buy them on the Engage website, and instead, connect with engagesponsors@bullhorn.com for assistance. Please note, exceptions will not be made.
• Once registered, each individual will receive a confirmation email. If any changes are needed to your registrations, please contact engagesponsors@bullhorn.com.
