With over 25 years of experience in the CRM space, Mark Faley leads a large team of Solution Engineers at Salesforce, the world’s leading customer relationship management platform. His mission is to support and drive innovation across Business Services within the UK market, including Construction, Professional Services, Real Estate, and Talent, by leveraging Salesforce’s cloud-based solutions and capabilities.
Over Mark’s tenure, he has spearheaded programs and initiatives focused on delivering product enablement for Account Executives across the UK and Ireland (circa 300). This involves designing and implementing comprehensive training and support systems to ensure sales teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. By fostering a deep understanding of the Salesforce products and their applications, Mark helps Account Executives effectively address client needs and drive business growth. This success is achieved by developing key executive stakeholder relationships and having clearly defined success metrics and governance.
As a certified professional and a former Industry Lead Solution Engineer, Mark has a deep understanding of the market and industry trends, challenges, and opportunities. He excels at building high-performing teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and delivering strategic value to our customers and partners. Mark is also passionate about mentoring and developing the next generation of Pre-Sales professionals, as well as giving back to the community through Salesforce’s volunteering program.
