Talent engagement playbook: How to digitise your talent strategy

Securing top talent is on everyone’s mind in the recruitment industry right now. With a consistent talent shortage and more competition than ever, agencies need to get creative to stand out to the modern candidate and meet more client requirements.

In our survey of over 2,400 contingent workers, 75% indicated they would work with their recruitment agency again. The report further revealed that candidate loyalty jumps to 85% when recruiters proactively reach out with a new opportunity before their current assignment ends. The higher the candidate loyalty, the more roles an agency can fill—driving increased profitability and client satisfaction, all made possible through smart use of technology.

Join in to hear from Bullhorn customer experts as they unpack their approach to talent engagement. Hear best practices for leveraging technology to communicate at scale, identify silver medal candidates, and submit candidates to multiple roles in just a few clicks. Become a brand that candidates and clients want to work with by speeding up the hiring process, engaging efficiently across key touchpoints, and nurturing relationships for the long run.
