As Customer Success Team Lead for Specialty products, Alex and his team provide guidance, support and insight in the setup, customisation and usage of the Analytics and Automation products.
Having previously spent more than 6 years working in recruitment businesses in a variety of roles, Alex has had first hand experience of Bullhorn and Analytics from a client perspective and brought this knowledge to the role when he joined Bullhorn in 2022.
Whilst proficient in a number of Bullhorn products, Alex specialises in Analytics, with 5 years of product-specific experience, as both a user and an adminstrator. He still actively works with a wide variety of clients in the customisation of their platforms, conception, creation and analysis of reporting as well as encouraging the adoption of BI and MI industry-wide.
