Sarah Wells is the Managing Director at Bullhorn, dedicated to Salesforce solutions for North America. She has spent the entirety of her career in the workforce solutions space, leading sales and delivery strategy at large global recruitment companies. From there, Sarah moved into the recruitment technology space, focusing in the direct sourcing, MSP, RPO, and consulting space.
She is a working mom of three children, under four years old. Sarah serves on the board of the local Girl Scout Council and the Dress For Success organization. She is passionate about staying up-to-date on the latest trends in recruitment and technology.
