Sarah Glass is Senior Vice President, Customer Success and Global Support, responsible for ensuring our customers are set up for success, successfully adopt our solutions and realize the value from their investment. She currently leads global support, customer success, and Bullhorn’s product enablement and education services teams focused on creating an incredible customer experience. Sarah has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology and brings two decades of experience leading customer-focused teams in the HCM and recruiting technology space.
