As Senior Product Manager for Bullhorn Automation, Mandy is responsible for building and executing the automation roadmap. She works closely with our customers to determine opportunities to automate repetitive processes, data capture, and engagement throughout the recruiting cycle.
Mandy has over 7 years of product experience. Before coming to Bullhorn, she led various product initiatives in the healthcare and finance sectors spanning from API integrations, payment platforms, and operational efficiency working with customers such as Fannie Mae, Bank of America, UKG, and US Steel. In her spare time, Mandy enjoys video games and dungeons and dragons, when she’s not busy with her husband and four kids.
