With over 15 years of experience in the workforce solutions industry, Darrell’s approach to the practical execution of data strategies and the delivery of decision intelligence to stakeholders has transformed how analytics influences successful business outcomes.

Building on a background in the healthcare industry while working to optimize some of the most complex supply chains, Darrell’s approach to applied analytics has changed how ManpowerGroup leverages analytics to create value for its clients and their workforces. Driving an analytics function that consistently focuses on improving service delivery, embedding differentiation to elevate the client experience, and customizing candidate analytics to align with talent expectations has proven that analytics-driven insights are critical assets to any organization.

Darrell is the Vice President of North America Analytics for ManpowerGroup. He obtained his MBA from the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, where he resides with his family. When Darrell isn’t engaged in developing new insights through analytics, he’s most likely sliding down a mountain on a snowboard in winter or cruising the waterways of Wisconsin with his three boys.
