Clare started her career in the logistics sector and has worked for a number of high profile industry leading global players. She has built and led multinational teams to deliver large scale technology change programs, as well as restructuring and transformation initiatives.

She established her own consulting business providing guidance and hands-on leadership for global initiatives in the airline industry, post M&A technology and business process reengineering programs, and software implementation projects for multiple blue-chip companies.

She moved into the executive search sector some years ago and from there, joined Bullhorn’s Professional Services team as part of the International PMO group in 2018. After various successful project and program management roles working with some of our largest customers, Clare established and led the Professional Services Engagement Management function, partnering with our Enterprise Sales team to ensure Bullhorn implementation programs deliver successful business outcomes for our customers. She is now part of the Professional Services leadership team, driving strategic initiatives in her role as Senior Director, Services Strategy.
