Chislon (fondly known as Kiz), having over 10 years of experience working at Bullhorn, has benefitted from building his career alongside the impressive growth seen in both Bullhorn and the staffing industry.
Starting as a Tier 1 Technical Support Analyst, Kiz was able to simultaneously learn the Bullhorn suite of solutions and the nuanced needs/priorities of our clients. That role grew into Enterprise Support, where he was directly assigned to four (4) of Bullhorn’s top 15 largest customers.
That knowledge and Kiz’s desire to further help staffing firms (even those that were not active Bullhorn customers) motivated him to the role of Solution Consultant, where he was able to help prospective new customers understand the value and benefits of the Bullhorn platform. In recent years, Kiz progressed to a manager role where he oversees a team of Solution Consultants, working closely with them to ensure they have the acumen and resources to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
