Cecilia Merrill, Director of Operations at CrossMed Healthcare, is based out of Omaha, NE. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and human resource management, with a minor in marketing. She has been in healthcare staffing for 8 years, beginning her career as a nursing recruiter then moving into a sales manager role where she helped to double the size of her division.

She joined CrossMed Healthcare a little over a year ago as the Director of Operations. Her goal is to always create efficiency for the internal teams at CrossMed. She has helped streamline the communication and manual processes within their compliance department by using technology to help the complex process become more efficient. Being in an Operations role, her focus is to help every part of the business become more efficient with the use of technology.
