As a seasoned employment attorney and practical business leader, Catherine is dedicated to fostering cohesive teams and implementing efficient systems and processes to ensure both productivity and compliance. With 5+ years as a Bullhorn system administrator, she is committed to enhancing candidate experiences, streamlining tasks through automation, and leveraging data analytics for strategic decision-making.

Prior to joining Ingenovis Health, Catherine was General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer for SimonMed, a multi-state outpatient diagnostic imaging company. Catherine received her JD from Notre Dame Law School (go Irish) in 2004.
