EVP - Technology & Operations, DeWinter Group

As EVP – Technology & Operations at the DeWinter Group, Brandon brings 15 years experience in staffing beginning in front office production recruiting and sales roles and moving into technology delivery, consulting, and technology and operational support.

Brandon’s experiences have helped him develop a unique understanding of staffing and talent acquisition spanning light industrial, professional, and high-level executive retained search and RPO. Brandon focuses on communication, teaching, and coaching to implement technology solutions and solve complex problems from front to back office to enhance the human experience while driving efficiency in business processes. He is currently helping to build DeWinter Group’s technology and operations strategy to scale as they grow both organically and through acquisition.

Brandon holds a BS in Kinesiology from the University of Central Oklahoma and studied for his MS in Administrative Leadership at The University of Oklahoma. He currently resides in Milton, GA with his wife and two children.
