Lenore Convery

Lenore Convery is an experienced and proven sales leader with a strong background in the staffing, recruiting, and HR tech space. She has a proven track record of using her deep expertise in building successful and strategic relationships to deliver exceptional client experiences alongside her team.

Lenore is passionate about nurturing and developing team members both inside and outside of her work environment. Through purposeful and compassionate mentorship, she’s guided other leaders to achieve promotions and recognition within their organizations. Lenore leads with a positive
collaborative spirit, is a master connector, and strongly believes in setting and achieving goals.

Prior to joining ClearEdge as the SVP of Sales and Marketing, Lenore spent nearly a decade at Monster as the Director of their Enterprise Staffing Division. In that role, she led her enterprise sales team to build meaningful and long-lasting relationships that resulted in a consistent customer
retention rate of over 97%.

Lenore currently serves in her third year on the ASA Women in Leadership Council and was the 2023 ASA Women in Leadership Scholarship task force committee chair. She is an active participant in the ASA Mentor Match program. Lenore is an avid runner, cyclist, and an Ironman Triathlete.
