As a graduate of Indiana University, Chad began his career with Eight Eleven Group over 12 years ago. He started in the recruiting seat before transitioning to our Information Technology team, where he helped implement Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud for their sales team. Shortly after this implementation, they decided to migrate their recruiters and middle office to the Salesforce platform as well by implementing JobScience. Currently, he is involved in directing and managing their third major implementation, transitioning their ATS from JobScience to Bullhorn for Salesforce, while also implementing and integrating their middle office team with Bullhorn One. This business transformation will allow them to leverage their Salesforce expertise and knowledge while providing their middle office team with a much-needed upgrade to the Bullhorn One platform.
