Nicole is a Director of Product Marketing at Bullhorn, a global leader in software for the staffing industry. For the past 1.5 years, she has led the go-to-market strategy and execution for Bullhorn Automation and more recently, Bullhorn Copilot, a suite of new recruiter capabilities designed to embed the power of AI directly into staffing workflows. Nicole has eight years of tech marketing experience (at Bullhorn and at athenahealth) and also holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, where she focused her studies on communication and entrepreneurship. Prior to her MBA, she worked at Cambridge Innovation Center and at an international real estate development corporation based in São Paulo, Brazil.
