Lindsey Ruth is the Global Head of Marketing at LHH. She has spent over fifteen years in the staffing industry, managing large in-house marketing teams within the US market and internationally, serving as Chief Marketing Officer for multi-billion-dollar firms. She has strong expertise in global brand strategy, customer experience, demand generation, and candidate acquisition. Throughout her career, she has supported over 100 staffing firms in developing go-to-market strategies and brand identities and launching automated demand generation programs to generate qualified sales leads. Lindsey is also an Advisory Board member for AI-based recruitment acceleration firm Staffing Engine, as well as the growth marketing agency SWIDIA. She is based in Jacksonville Beach, Florida, where she lives with her husband and two young daughters.
