Laurie Vicente, CSMP (Certified Social Media Professional), is a strategic and innovative marketing leader with 15 years of experience in marketing, communications, research, and PR. Laurie is the Senior Director of Marketing & Communications at Brilliant®, an award-winning contract, direct-hire, and consulting firm specializing in accounting, finance, and technology. Laurie oversees all B2B and B2C initiatives, corporate communications, and public relations for all divisions and U.S. markets. Much of her focus is on digital marketing, including marketing automation, SEO, retargeting, lead generation, and social media. She joined Brilliant in 2014 and exponentially grew its brand recognition and digital footprint. As part of the firm’s leadership team, she is heavily involved in business strategy, operations, and implementation of the tech stack. Prior to Brilliant, Laurie worked as a Marketing Director within nonprofit healthcare. She currently lives in Chicago with her young family. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Northeastern Illinois University.
