Blake Harris

Blake Harris serves as Vice President of Sales and Recruiting Operations at DISYS. With over 20 years of experience in the staffing and solutions industry, she brings a breadth of experience to this role. Blake joined DISYS in 2019 via the acquisition of Princeton Information, where she served for over 15 years in various producing and managing capacities culminating as Vice President and member of the Executive Board. She has supported the growth of DISYS serving in many roles from Director of Recruiting to her current role in Field Operations and Enablement Department. Her focus is on supporting the field to achieve their goals and drive revenue by providing the front office organization with the information, content, and tools that help sales and recruiting people sell and recruit more effectively. Her team oversees and governs operational metrics, tools, reporting, variable key performance indicators, and gross profit indicators for the sales and delivery field. Blake serves as a bridge between the front office teams, the Business Applications teams, and corporate services to ensure alignment to the company’s priorities and goals.
