Aaron Grossman

Chief Executive Officer, TalentLaunch

A 20+ year industry veteran, Aaron Grossman is widely considered a true visionary and innovator within the staffing and recruitment sector. Having grown up in an entrepreneurial family, Aaron decided to leave a successful position with one of the largest staffing agencies in the world to start his own employment agency in 2001. Alliance Solutions Group, headquartered in his hometown of Cleveland, Ohio, is a full-service staffing and recruitment firm with a variety of specialties that focus on specific industries and job disciplines. Since inception, Alliance Solutions Group has experienced tremendous growth through its innovative service delivery platform. Aaron and the company have been recognized with a variety of awards, both locally and nationally. Some of them include being a multiple-time winner of the Weatherhead 100, which recognizes an elite group of companies who are the best example of leadership, growth, and success in the Northeast Ohio region, HR Partner of the Year by ERC and the Cleveland SHRM in 2013, and the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2015. These achievements, among others, were the inspirations for Aaron’s biggest endeavor yet, the TalentLaunch Network.

In 2016, Aaron founded TalentLaunch, a network of independently operated by staffing and recruitment companies that share technology, accounting and finance, talent operations, legal, and marketing support. The firms within the network have deep roots in their communities and are focused on meeting companies’ talent demands by leveraging best-in-class tools and resources to elevate the overall experience. Today, Aaron is the CEO of the TalentLaunch Network, which has been listed multiple times on Inc, 5000’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America list, and is also ranked as one of the largest staffing firms in the U.S. by Staffing Industry Analysts. Aaron was recently a Top 3 Finalist for Staffing Executive of the Year, presented by Bullhorn.

Along with TalentLaunch, Aaron’s entrepreneurial spirit motivated him to create a few successful, but very different, ventures. In 2010, Aaron established a nonprofit, The Wrestlers In Business Network, a professional organization that leverages the connection to the sport of amateur wrestling. Today, WIBN is owned by the National Wrestling Coaches Association and has thousands of members and chapters throughout the United States. In 2017, Aaron co-founded a technology company, Able, which offers its core “onboarding” product to other staffing and recruitment firms throughout the United States. With almost 200 staffing companies subscribing to their product, Able has been one of the hottest technology startups in Northeast Ohio and was acquired by Bullhorn in 2022. His latest venture comes as CEO of Praos Health. The Praos platform offers healthcare professionals and facilities a new, more efficient way to connect. Healthcare staffing firms can boost their agency by building and managing their own online marketplace of healthcare professionals. While healthcare professionals can use the platform to easily manage their healthcare career and credentials. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University of Ohio, where he was also a varsity wrestler. Aaron resides in Aurora with his wife, Giana, whom he calls his greatest supporter, and their five children. In his free time, he enjoys traveling the world, cycling, experimenting in the kitchen, and staying involved in wrestling as a coach of the Aurora High School Varsity Wrestling Team.
