Before joining Bullhorn, Femke worked in the Recruitment Industry for over 10 years in different roles, both in Staffing and Corporate recruitment. Recruitment processes became more and more part of her journey and after intensively using one of the solutions BH has to offer she joined Bullhorn about 3 years ago. She started as Accountmanager field, corporate and in november 2019 she joined the Enterprise EMEA team. Her main focus lies in managing the accounts in BENELUX, where she is focussing on facilitating her customers to get the best out of the solution they use and work with them on a more strategic level to accomplish business goals and help them stay ahead of their competition.
