Melissa Rosen joined Bullhorn in 2007 to work with clients on consulting and training initiatives. In her current role as VP of Consulting Services, she runs the team of business and architecture experts that are focused on optimized solution design that balances staffing and system architecture best practice. Melissa brings over 25 years of recruiting and staffing expertise with a primary focus on building strong sales and recruiting teams.

Prior to joining Bullhorn, Melissa was the National Recruiting Director for Bartech Technical Services, a technical staffing firm. There she managed the recruiting function for the 11 North American Offices. In addition to her role at Bartech, she was the Project Manager for their Bullhorn implementation.

Throughout her career, Melissa has been responsible for key initiatives that focused on optimization of people, process and technology and provide a strong competitive advantage. Melissa brings a fresh, honest and innovative approach to the industry.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from John Carroll University in Cleveland, OH and a Master of Business Administration in Leadership from Baker University in Auburn Hills, MI.
