Sue is a Joint Managing Director of Talent Quarter, specialists in healthcare recruitment. Previously, Sue was the owner of national recruitment businesses Staff & Executive Resources and HR Partners for 18 years. She has held Executive General Management roles at Chandler Macleod, & The Skilled Group for a period of approximately 6 years, during which time she was the lead executive for Defence Force Recruiting, the largest outsourced recruitment contract in the Southern Hemisphere.
Sue is currently a Non-Executive Director of Early Pay Limited (an ASX listed company ) Throughout her career Sue has also held roles as director of The Field, Deputy Chair-/ Non exec Director—Ability Options, Non-Exec Director – Olympus Solutions, Vice President & Director RCSA & Board.
