I am currently the National Development Director at Core Talent with 13 years of recruitment experience across the UK and Australia. I have been with Core Talent for 8 years and have been fortunate to be part of our national growth, joining with a headcount of 5 in Sydney to nearly 65 nationally!
Throughout my career I have specialised in a range of different industries including Education and SEN Education Support, HVAC, Fire & Engineering and more recently Business Services and HR. As a dynamic recruitment leader, I thrive on innovation, strategy, and delivering results. My career has been defined by establishing and growing new divisions within the organisations I have joined, driving success from the ground up and opening new divisions and revenue opportunities.
Proven experience partnering with both SMEs and large-scale ASX-listed organizations, with the goal of delivering seamless solutions for both candidates and clients. With a ‘people first’ mantra I prefer to break the mould of a traditional recruiter and put a huge emphasis on candidates/client experience, communication, and authenticity.
