Amy has over 20+ years in senior leadership roles across Asia Pacific. Most recently, Amy is the National Head of Client Engagement for WorkPac, Australia’s largest privately owned workforce solutions business. Previously, Amy was the EGM, Recruitment and Operations at Manpower Group Australia leading all MPG Brands and Operations. Amy first started her Career at Hudson, where she remained for twenty years and held multiple senior leadership roles including EGM, Asia, Chief People Officer, APAC and Managing Director of Executive. Amy recently completed a two-year Senior Executive MBA with the Melbourne School of Management. Outside of work, Amy is a mum to three boys (17, 16 and 11 years) so will be found on a weekend spending a disproportionate amount of time on the side of a rugby field.
