Ross is a high performance recruitment coach and recruitment industry blogger and commentator.
As a Fellow of the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association (RCSA), Ross currently serves as a member of the RCSA’s Professional Practise Council whose role is to lead and support the RCSA’s development of professional practice across the Australian and New Zealand recruitment industries.
Over his fifteen years as an agency recruiter and leader Ross worked in London, Sydney, Adelaide, and Melbourne.
For the past 21 years Ross has provided a range of coaching, training and leadership development programs to the recruitment industry in Australia and New Zealand.
Since 2007 Ross has written more than 800 weekly blogs focusing on his areas of professional interest: recruitment, the recruitment industry, the labour market, and leadership.
Ross was awarded the RCSA CEO’s Outstanding Contribution Award for 2022.
