With over two decades of recruitment experience, Jody Fazldeen is a proud advocate of the recruitment industry, a passionate business owner, and an unapologetic Collingwood fan. As the Co-Founder and Director of Talentpath Recruitment, a business Jody created alongside her best friend in 2007, Jody’s genuine desire to impact the way organisations manage their workforce solutions strategies is her core motivation.
Prior to establishing Talentpath, Jody gained valuable experience working with top-tier talent acquisition teams like Future Step and Alexander Mann Solutions. She was an integral part of large-scale onsite teams within organisations such as Suncorp, ANZ Bank, and the QLD Department of Transport, providing her with unique insights into the recruitment strategies of major corporations.
This insight and previous experience in a global recruitment agency have equipped Jody to create an agency dedicated to offering innovative talent solutions to organisations facing recruitment challenges. Leading a team of over 30 with her co-founder, Jody’s operational focus sees her lead the sales and marketing results for Talentpath. Extroverted and charismatic in nature, Jody feels most comfortable in front of organisations driving sales through strategic, genuine relationships.
