Imogen is a seasoned service excellence expert who honed her skills in a successful recruitment career before co-founding MAYDAY Recruitment, awarded the RCSA’s 2023 Outstanding Agency. Since its inception in 2016, MAYDAY has evolved into a multifaceted group with a skilled team of over 40 professionals. Beyond her focus on new client acquisition, Imogen plays a pivotal role in various business improvement projects, enjoying the opportunity to devise innovative strategies that enhance the client and candidate experience.
In tandem with her focus on recruitment, Imogen is also deeply passionate about learning and development, she designed a 6-month rookie training program aimed at uplifting service levels across the recruitment industry. This endeavour led to the acquisition of Elevate Corporate Training an entity that now provides agencies of all sizes, comprehensive sales, recruitment and leadership training and coaching. Through interactive materials, Imogen injects enthusiasm and enjoyment into the learning experience.
Imogen is dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture and harnessing technology to enhance efficiency and work-life balance for her team. She takes pleasure in elevating the capabilities of Recruitment professionals at all stages of their career, finding joy in their growth and development. Beyond her professional pursuits, Imogen is also a proud Mum of two pre-schoolers, Callan and Mackenzie.
