Prior to starting his own businesses (Hume Scope, KF Financial Consulting & Spencer Lane), he served as COO of a national recruitment agency and successfully expanded the team from 20 to 50 employees. With over 200 agencies now under his advisory belt, and having trained over 400 Recruiters on BD best practice, Ez brings extensive recruitment business knowledge, marketing expertise, and operational insights to the agencies he works with.
