Launch is a female founded and led technology recruitment and talent solutions business, operating across the APAC market. As CEO, Rebecca leads the business, overseeing an award-winning team, who consistently out-perform industry norms.
Rebecca is a values-led leader passionate about changing people’s lives and making our industry better. She has over 14 years’ experience in recruitment, career advisory, marketing, sales, operations and project management, across the UK, Asia and ANZ regions. Her personal values are ‘care, courage and curiosity’.
Along with a degree from Cambridge University, Rebecca is a qualified PRINCE2 practitioner and volunteers as a graduate mentor for the LUCY Mentoring Programme at Macquarie University (STEM).
She is vice-chair of the RCSA Council for NSW/ACT and last year was delighted to be twice named “Industry Leader of the Year 2023” at both the RCSA Australia and Tiara Recruitment Awards (ANZ).
Outside of recruitment, you will find her on the netball court with the Balmain Wolverines!
