The recruitment industry is changing rapidly. Navigating through the opportunities and challenges of its fast-evolving recruitment marketing landscape is Tracey Mesken, WorkPac Group’s Head of Marketing.

For nearly a decade, Tracey has led marketing across WorkPac’s brand portfolio, responsible for all deliverables across the Group and 9 x sub-brands and 35 business centres.

In Tracey’s role she is responsible for market and brand research, brand development, positioning, prospect experience, digital marketing, MarTech, analytics, advertising and design.

Tracey has experience across multiple recruitment marketing channels. These include owned media like candidate apps, candidate portals and database marketing, as well as paid media including job boards, traditional and digital advertising.

Tracey brings over 20 years of marketing experience to the Engage Recruitment Marketing panel. She is a Certified Practicing Marketer, Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI), former State committee chair and AMI advisory committee member.
