Global Head of Customer Experience, Robert Walters

Sinead hails from Ireland originally, arriving in Australia in 1999 and has been working in the recruitment industry since 2001. Sinead joined Robert Walters in 2003, celebrating 20 years with the company this year. During this time, she has held multiple roles across the business, starting the first Public Sector division in Brisbane in 2003, transitioning into the head of the Queensland business and more recently, being appointed as the Global Head of Customer Experience in early 2021. This was a newly created position within Robert Walters with a singular focus on enhancing the experience of the 3 customer pillars, Clients, Candidates and Colleagues. 

After over 20 years in the sector, Sinead is delighted to have a new CX lens through which to view our ‘market conditions’ discussion today. Exploring the learnings and the seismic shifts that have happened over the past few years through the lens of the customer rather than the business will be key to how we move forward as a sector over the coming years.
