English-born, Australian adoptee; Patrick Flaherty is the Managing Director of Firesoft Group. A group of companies encompassing Firesoft People; a National, multi-award-winning IT & Digital Recruitment Company and Firesoft Services; a National Consulting Company, delivering projects across IT and Digital, partnering with some of Australia’s largest companies.

Over the span of 19 years, Patrick owned, operated and sold an award-winning Australian agency, Scout Talent. His breadth of experience spans across business operations, startup build, growth & systems implementation, business development, brand management and the ever-evolving landscape of human capital, consulting and recruitment.

Previous to Firesoft, Patrick was instrumental helping Experis (part of the Manpower), grow 1300% whilst managing the NSW business during a resilience period whilst picking up a string of industry awards. Patrick is a father of two, public speaker and advocate of workplace culture and behavior. Former professional footballer who can barely make the bench now for his local team.
