Leah McKelvey is Bullhorn’s Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Enterprise Strategy, leading a team responsible for Bullhorn’s mergers and acquisitions activity, including the successful integration of acquired companies. Alongside M&A, she heads several strategic growth initiatives focused on expanding Bullhorn’s reach at the top of the Enterprise market. During her tenure at Bullhorn, she has served in various capacities across our global footprint, including operations and sales leadership in EMEA. Before joining Bullhorn in 2017, Leah spent the majority of her career in marketing, business development, and strategy roles at CareerBuilder and ClearEdge Marketing. Leah earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
