Ronny is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Blackwood, having previously worked for Salomon Brothers and Kleinwort Benson.

In 27 years of experience in London, New York, San Francisco, and Frankfurt, Ronny has advised large multinational corporates and founder-managed mid-market firms, Private Equity funds, and family office clients on Mergers and Acquisitions and corporate finance.

At Blackwood, Ronny has been responsible for building up the HR Services franchise over the last 20 years and has advised on numerous transactions in the space, including thirteen transactions for Adecco. Other notable transactions in the HR Services space are the disposals of Marks Sattin and EMR for Five Ten Group, the divestiture of Antal Russia, the sale of Workservice to GI Group, the acquisition of Grafton recruitment by GI Group, and the acquisition of Latitude 36 by Harvey Nash, among others. Ronny is a regular speaker at the SIA Executive Forum and a judge on the panel for the Tiara recruitment awards.
