Jonathan has over 20 years of experience within the recruitment industry. Jonathan started his career at a leading international STEM specialist recruiter, where through his impressive results and natural leadership he quickly climbed the ladder to become a UK and European Sales Director for Pathway Resourcing.
Jonathan founded Gravitas in 2010, opening offices in Hong Kong, Leeds, and London, wanting to create a specialist recruitment firm that would offer an unrivalled service to clients and candidates within technology and insurance.
Jonathan’s expertise and passion for the sector have been the driving force behind the phenomenal journey Gravitas is on and the continued success and expansion of the company to become a company today of 360 staff across eight offices in six geographies.
Jonathan’s love for recruitment comes from having a direct positive impact upon an individual’s career, or helping to shape the direction of an organisation that they join. He believes that recruitment is one of the few careers that holds a linear correlation to your own desire, work ethic, and ambition.
Outside of work, Jonathan is country boy at heart and would most likely be found standing in a river or woodland. He also likes to travel and a spot of fine dining, but most of all he loves spending time with family and friends.
