All recruitment agencies are welcome at Engage. We specifically invite existing Bullhorn customers and agencies engaged with our team about potentially leveraging Bullhorn solutions. The Engage experience is tailored to individuals at the agencies that are involved in technology decisions and strategy, so we tend to see VP and Director-level leaders in operations and technology.

Our goal this year is to host 1,000 total attendees, which would include 600 staffing industry peers, 100 sponsors, and 100 Bullhorn employees.

We will provide the list of opted-in attendees on the following dates:

• April 1, 2026
• May 20, 2026
• June 3, 2026

There will be approximately 40 sponsors at Engage Boston in 2026. We will release the list of companies as contracts are signed.

In order to ensure we maximise the number of attendees, there is a limit on how many tickets each sponsor can purchase. Ideally, you should decide how many attendees you want to bring when you are deciding on your overall Engage package. The standard packages include the below number of tickets:

• Diamond: 8 tickets included - option to purchase up to 2 more at $3,000 each
• Platinum: 6 tickets included - option to purchase up to 2 more at $3,000 each
• Gold: 4 tickets included - option to purchase up to 2 more at $3,000 each
• Silver: 2 tickets included - option to purchase up to 2 more at $3,000 each
• Bronze: 2 tickets included

If you are hoping for more badges, please do not buy them on the Engage website, and instead, connect with engage@bullhorn.com for assistance. Please note, exceptions will not be made.

At a minimum, your booth should be staffed during every networking and meal break, as well as the opening reception. We do find that attendees may have times that they choose to walk around the exhibit floor during a breakout session, so it’s best for you to keep at least one team member on the floor as often as possible.

Business casual is appropriate for Engage and the ancillary events.

Once you and your staff have registered for Engage, you all will receive a confirmation email with details on how to secure rooms within our sponsor room block at the Omni via this link. The room block includes a special discounted rate of $339/night, please note that this rate will expire on May 4, 2026. 

All sponsor registration will happen within the sponsor portal in Cvent. Your main point of contact (indicated on your interest form) has received an email from the Bullhorn Team (via cvent-planner.com) inviting them to create a Cvent account and password. Please ensure your main point of contact creates a login in Cvent as soon as possible, as this is how we will manage key sponsor brand assets as well as sponsor staff registration.
