William Reich is a seasoned AI and machine learning leader at Salesforce, where he spearheads strategic enablement and adoption of Agentforce AI. His role involves collaborating with sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to enhance use case development, gather product feedback, and strengthen market presence. As an AI executive sponsor, William delivers insights through public speaking and advisory engagements. His experience includes leading technical architects in Data Cloud & AI, supporting global systems integrators and partners. William’s academic background encompasses an MBA from Brown University/IE Business School, and is pursuing Master’s degree in Data Science from Eastern University and a certification AI & AI Application DevOps from Berkely & MIT respectively. He also holds a B.S. in Music and Computer Science from CUNY Brooklyn College/Conservatory of Music. With a passion for innovation and a commitment to advancing AI technologies, William continues to drive transformative solutions in the tech industry.
