Sunny Ackerman is the global managing partner of On-Demand Talent at Heidrick & Struggles, bringing over 25 years of leadership in the human capital industry. Known for her strategic vision and operational expertise, she drives global growth through digital transformation and innovative solutions. Previously, Sunny served as Divisional CEO at SThree, a leading global STEM talent firm, where she achieved market-leading profitability. She also held the role of CEO/President, Americas, at Frank Recruitment Group, expanding their presence and leading a large sales team. Earlier in her career, Sunny spent 15 years in executive roles at ManpowerGroup, leading a major North American business unit. A strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, she serves on the boards of TechServe Alliance and the Women Business Collaborative. Sunny has been recognized multiple times, including being named to SIA’s “Global Power 150 Women in Recruitment” list.
