TalentLaunch, a nationwide network of independently operated staffing and recruitment firms, recently announced that Steve Morin has joined the company as Chief Information Officer. Steve is responsible for the TalentLaunch IT organization leading technology strategy, solutions and exceptional IT service to the network of companies.

With over 40 years of IT and business experience, Steve has held CIO, CTO and IT leadership roles with staffing services, business services, government services and software/technology businesses, from start-ups to multi-billion dollar companies. Previously, Steve was Vice President IT M&A at Salesforce where he led global IT M&A in the diligence and integration of 20 acquisitions over three years. Prior to Salesforce, Steve held the role of CIO at Advantage Resourcing, Bright Horizons, and Demandware. He brings a depth of experience helping growth-oriented companies succeed through maximizing the strategic use of technology for innovation and expansion both domestically and internationally.

He holds an MBA from Northeastern University and BS from Salem State University in Massachusetts. Steve is passionate about and active in the community supporting programs targeting urban youth technology training and career mentorship.
