Ryan Collins

As Director of Product Management, Ryan is responsible for building and executing the middle office and Talent Platform roadmap. He does this by working closely with our clients to determine new features that will help further their digitization journey. Ryan has over 13 years of staffing experience, 10 of those years in staffing software. He started in operations at a healthcare staffing firm before joining Erecruit in 2014. During that tenure, he was the Product Manager for the onboarding integration and worked with the Pay & Bill platform team to scale their solution. His experience and deep understanding of our clients’ business processes provides a distinct perspective that will continue to drive the Pay & Bill featureset for years to come.

Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Marketing from Saint Michael’s College, VT. He also earned his Masters Degree in Business Administration from Suffolk University. In his spare time Ryan enjoys skiing, playing soccer, and spending time at the beach with his wife and three children.
