Vice President, Global Services Sales & Solution Strategy, Bullhorn

Melissa Rosen joined Bullhorn in 2007 to work with clients on consulting and training initiatives.  In her current role as VP of Global Services Sales she supports a global team of business and architecture experts focused on optimized solution design that balances staffing and system architecture best practices.   Melissa brings over 25 years of recruiting and staffing expertise primarily focusing on digital transformation, change management, and staffing leadership enablement.

Before joining Bullhorn, Melissa was the National Recruiting Director for Bartech Technical Services, a technical staffing firm.  There, she managed the recruiting function for the 11 North American Offices.  In addition to her role at Bartech, she was the Project Manager for their Bullhorn implementation.

Throughout her career, Melissa has been responsible for key initiatives that focused on optimizing people, processes, and technology and provided a strong competitive advantage.  Melissa brings a fresh, honest, and innovative approach to the industry.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from John Carroll University in Cleveland, O,H and a Master of Business Administration in Leadership from Baker University in Auburn Hills, MI.  

Melissa recently became a member of Chief and enjoys connecting with women worldwide on current issues and opportunities.

She is a recent transplant to Saint Petersburg, Florida, escaping the north with her husband of 25 years.   Traveling is a personal passion, and she typically spends ⅔ of the year visiting other locations, experiencing different cultures, and expanding her perspectives.  When not traveling, Melissa enjoys leveraging the early learnings from her Italian family chefs and trying to put spins on traditional Italian cooking.   Melissa volunteers as a mentor for female empowerment charities, including  Step Up, Girls Who Code, and BuiltbyGirls.
