Matt Fischer
President and Chief Operating Officer, Bullhorn
As President and Chief Operating Officer, Matt Fischer guides Bullhorn’s architecture, technical strategy, and software development. He also oversees the product management team, defining product strategy, alongside global customer support and success operations. Joining Bullhorn in 2004, Matt has since held various leadership roles, managing the expansion of numerous technical and service teams, including Vice President of Professional Services. Before Bullhorn, Matt worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on systems process assurance for companies like Fidelity and State Street Global Advisors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Finance concentration from Boston University’s School of Management.
