Erin Fryar

Erin Fryar is the Division Vice President of Software Solutions at All Medical Personnel. In her career, she has served as an implementation project manager and provided ongoing oversight for three different CRM/ATS platforms—Salesforce.com, 1Staff, and Bullhorn—as well as all related integration partners. She has held leadership roles across a range of departments, including Technology, Account Management, Recruiting, Marketing, Compliance, Product Development, and Sales Operations. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Angelo State University.

Her most relevant experience to her session topic at Engage Boston includes extensive expertise in designing and managing automation across multiple areas such as business workflows, marketing, and data optimization. She also developed a comprehensive framework for aligning automation initiatives with core business processes and strategic objectives. In addition, Erin actively participates in ongoing training and industry collaboration focused on automation.
